Job summary

Westgate Resorts in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Vacation Ownership Sales Representative to conduct face-to-face presentations, tailor vacation solutions, and close deals using a points-based ownership program. You will work on-site with company-provided leads and earn a base hourly wage of $15.15 plus commissions, with daily training and performance-driven guidance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Arizona Real EstateLicense preferred.
• Two-years face-2-face sales experience highly preferred.
• On-site position with no travel required.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak tourism periods.
• Effectively present and deliver sales presentations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
• A strong track record of handling guest inquiries, resolving concerns, and creating memorable experiences is essential.
• Comfort with public speaking and conducting one-on-one or group presentations is key to closing deals.
