Job summary

Westgate Resorts is seeking a Telesales Representative in Orlando to reconnect former owners with vacation ownership options. You will guide them through a sales process with empathy and match them with the right product at the right price, enjoying a steady income and biweekly pay.

Responsibilities include outbound/inbound calls, re-engaging canceled owners, managing a 45-day sales cycle with follow-up, presenting the full product portfolio, and documentation in compliance with policies.

Qualifications

  • 6+ months timeshare sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and goal oriented.
  • Basic computer and CRM proficiency.

As a Telesales Representative, you’ll help former owners rediscover the value of vacation ownership.
