Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated is seeking a Sales Consultant in Kissimmee, FL. You will perform direct sale of timeshare ownership products, delivering structured presentations and tours to potential members while addressing questions with confidence and care.

The role emphasizes creating value for clients and maintaining high service standards, with training and performance coaching provided to support success and growth within the sales team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher education encouraged.
• Real estate license may be required for some locations (e.g., FL, NV, SC, TN).
• Active real estate license may be required for certain locations (i.e: Florida, Nevada, South Carolina, Tennessee).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; energetic and motivated to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Conducts guest presentations and tours of the Sales Gallery, Resort Property, and Model Tour.
• Attends ongoing training and participates in demonstrations and assessments.
• Builds relationships with Sales Training Managers and Sales Team; answers questions professionally and accurately.
• Explains features and benefits of the points program and recommends purchases.
• Delivers superior customer service to ensure a great sales tour experience.
