You will discover prospect needs, present value of ownership, address questions, and provide outstanding customer service to turn prospects into new owners.

This role requires energy, perseverance, and strong communication, with weekend availability and holidays as needed; comprehensive benefits and bonus

Responsibilities

• Conducts guest presentations and tours of Sales Gallery, Resort Property, and Model Tour.
• Attends training classes on an ongoing basis and participates in demonstrations.
• Builds relationships with Sales Training Managers and Sales Line Team; answers questions professionally.
• Explains features and benefits of the points program and recommends purchases.
• Delivers high level customer service to ensure a great sales tour experience and meets objectives.
