Responsibilities

• Prepare contact documents for sales, samplers, equity trades, owner reloads, downgrades and conversions.
• Review documents with owners and ensure signatures are obtained.
• Present closing positively and handle questions confidently.
• Ensure owner confirmations are properly recorded and understand ownership materials.
• Submit contract packages timely to sales accounting.
• Handle follow-up, cancellations, insufficient funds, reports, and related customer service tasks.
