Hyatt Vacation Club at Ka\'anapali Beach is seeking a Coordinator Marketing Linkage to assist in delivering memorable guest experiences and drive sales through engaging with hotel guests at desk locations.

The role emphasizes high-level customer service, scheduling sales presentations, and ensuring eligibility for products, with a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays. A background in sales or customer service is preferred; background and drug screening may be required.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
• Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with hotel guests at desk locations and providing elevated customer service.
• Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations.
• Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensures that all guests who attend a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
