Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a Coordinator Marketing In House to support sales presentations and guest experiences. You will help schedule events, ensure guests meet eligibility, and apply persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while preserving loyalty.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
• Availability to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
• Position may require background and drug screening per state/local requirements.
• Be able to reach overhead, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations.
• Provides high level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensures guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning about products and services.
• Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
