Job summary
Palisades Tahoe is seeking a Reservation Specialist to serve as the first contact for call-in guests, booking products and customizing vacation packages with excellent guest service. You will handle inquiries about lodging, passes, and events, and support outbound sales campaigns as needed.
Applicants must be 18+ and capable of a full 8-hour shift on phones in a busy environment, with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows; able to multitask.
- Effective oral and written communication.
- Strong customer service mindset and safety awareness.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service in a friendly manner.
- Learn in-depth Palisades Tahoe products: lodging, passes, tickets, lessons, events.
- Cover an 8-hour shift on phones and assist guests via phone, chat, email.
- Provide resort information and tailor vacation packages.
- Check voicemails and emails and reply within 24 hours.
- Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve concerns.
- Adhere to policies and participate in training.
- Support in responding to outbound sales campaigns and special projects.
