Job summary

Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC is seeking a Sales Agent for the Resort Activities Sales and Service Department to help guests with lift access, reservations, products, and information. You will identify customer needs and match Palisades Tahoe's offerings, delivering accurate information efficiently and courteously.

The role emphasizes friendly service, strong product knowledge (Season Passes, Daily Tickets, Ski School, Resort Activities), and the ability to handle high-volume guest interactions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Ability to provide friendly, accurate information to guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-quality, friendly customer service.
• Develop in-depth product knowledge (Season Passes, Daily tickets, Ski School, Resort Activities).
• Offer resort, village, and local information to guests.
• Assess and meet customer needs with the best available products.
• Perform accurate cash handling, daily sales, and close procedures.
• Resolve guest complaints and handle concerns.
