Job summary

Somerpointe Resorts in Las Vegas is seeking energetic team members for a full-time sales role. You’ll start with guaranteed hourly pay during training and then transition to an hourly rate plus commission, ensuring you always have a take-home check.

Qualifications

• Must be able to overcome objections and highlight the benefits of vacations and travel.
• Individuals who are financially driven.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Previous sales experience is needed and phone sales experience is preferred but will train the right candidate!
• Passionate, coachable, open minded, positive, resourceful with strong communication and partnership skills.
• High school diploma required.

An outgoing and positive attitude is a must to be successful in this role!

Excellent Pay: Guaranteed hourly pay while you train!! $16.00 per hour for your training period.

After training period is over you will be on an Hourly rate vs. Commission. You will always have a check to take home!

Our yearly earning potential of our mid and top performers make up to 70k to 100k per year.
