To serve as one of ODU’s School Certifying Officials by reviewing claims for Veterans Affairs Educational Benefits. We serve all military affiliated students here at ODU using one of the many VA educational benefits available. We do this by submitting certifications/verifications through the Enrollment Manager portal on a regular basis, both pre- and post-registration. To assist students with questions related to VA benefits, in-person, over the phone, and via email.

This is a hybrid position, requiring a traditional 40-hour workweek. Computer equipment will be supplied for remote work; high-speed internet is the responsibility of the employee. Existing payroll limitations and budgetary constraints may limit the eligibility of a candidate based on their residency.
Salary range between $ - 40,000-43,000
The final candidate is required to complete a criminal history check.
