Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care for a diverse group of veterans in an outpatient clinic.
• Collaborate with specialists and primary care colleagues to coordinate patient care.
• Follow VA clinical and preventive guidelines and document care accordingly.
• Report to the Primary Care Service Lead and work with an interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in continuous professional development and quality improvement activities.
