Qualifikationen

• Must have a current, full, unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in the U.S. or equivalent.
• Residency training approved by VA/ACGME or AOA with board eligibility.
• Eligibility for board certification in a core specialty.
• Physician Resident Providers (PRPs) must be fully licensed and may be appointed intermittently.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct patient care in outpatient primary care settings and manage a panel of Veterans.
• Lead and supervise staff and trainees within the Primary Care service.
• Coordinate care with multi-disciplinary team and make appropriate referrals and test orders.
• Adhere to performance measures, EMR documentation, and patient safety standards.
• Work schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm.
