Veterans First Mortgage seeks an inside sales professional to deliver award-winning customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will identify prospects from inbound leads, analyze customer goals, and build trusted relationships to promote referral business.

This role requires strong phone, communication and multitasking skills; training/licensing is provided, and monthly commissions are offered. Exciting growth potential within a supportive, performance-driven team.

• Strong phone presence, listening and presentation skills.

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years professional experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Dedicated to delivering award winning customer service in an inside sales environment
• Identify prospective customers through company generated inbound leads
• Conduct customer needs analysis to learn and understand customer’s goals
• Create relationships with prospects and customers to establish trust and highly encourage referral business
• Conduct thorough follow up, outbound calls to interested consumers
• Close sales and advise customer of next steps
• Stay current on new products available for customers, completing ongoing education for licensing and compliance
