CEO Lawyer Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking passionate Litigation Attorneys in the DMV area for a fully remote role with unlimited PTO and rapid growth potential. Attorneys must be licensed or willing to become licensed in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C. within 6 months.

Ideal candidates have 0–5 years of Personal Injury experience and are eager to join a high-energy, results-driven team with strong training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Must be licensed to practice in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C.
0–5 years of personal injury experience.
Willing to obtain multi-state licensure within 6 months.

Responsibilities

Handle Pre-Litigation cases.
Handle litigation cases from filing to trial.
Negotiate settlements and draft legal agreements.
Advocate for clients in court, depositions, and mediations.
Build strong client relationships and provide top-tier legal representation.
