CEO Lawyer Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking a passionate Personal Injury Attorney for a fully remote, high-growth role in the United States. The ideal candidate is licensed or willing to obtain licenses in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC within six months and has up to five years of personal injury experience.

You will handle pre-litigation and litigation from filing to trial, negotiate settlements, draft agreements, and advocate for clients in court, depositions, and mediations.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in at least one of VA, MD, or DC.
• 0–5 years of experience in personal injury law as an attorney.
• Must be licensed or able to obtain licensure in VA, MD and DC within 6 months of employment.

Responsabilités

We are seeking Litigation Attorneys in the DMV area to join our powerhouse legal team. Must be licensed or willing to get licensed in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C. within 6 months

Who We’re Looking For:

Attorneys who are licensed in these states and Federal District of Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C.
Experience: 0-5 years in experience in Personal Injury as an attorney
Licensed or able to get licensed in these three areas in 6 months of employment

Responsibilities:

Handle Pre-Litigation cases
Handle litigation cases from filing to trial
Negotiate settlements and draft legal agreements
Advocate for clients in court, depositions, and mediations
Build strong client relationships and provide top-tier legal representation

Salary for Personal Injury Attorney $100,000 - $150,000 range (Base plus Bonus)
