Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of litigation experience in personal injury.
- Drafting Complaints and Initial Discovery.
- Forwarding Complaints to process servers and monitoring service of process.
- Drafting Discovery Responses and Motions.
- Calendaring depositions and litigation timelines.
- Status update calls with clients and trial prep support.
Responsibilities
- Support caseload across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
- Draft and file legal documents and discovery.
- Coordinate timelines, depositions, and responses.
- Assist in trial preparation and e-filing workflows.
- Communicate with clients and manage document delivery.
