Job summary

Minority Professional Network, Inc. is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join our fast-growing DMV-area team. This fully remote role offers unlimited PTO, flexible work from anywhere, and uncapped growth potential as you build a leading personal injury practice.

You must be licensed in VA, MD, and DC or willing to obtain licenses within six months. Expect handling pre-litigation and trial work, strong advocacy, and client-first representation with support from a dynamic, remote-friendly firm.

• Licensed in VA, MD and DC or willing to obtain licenses within 6 months.
• Experience: 0–5 years in Personal Injury as an attorney.
• Willing to become licensed in these three areas within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Handle Pre-Litigation cases
• Handle litigation cases from filing to trial
• Negotiate settlements and draft legal agreements
• Advocate for clients in court, depositions, and mediations
• Build strong client relationships and provide top-tier legal representation

Salary for Personal Injury Attorney $100,000 - $150,000 range (Base plus Bonus)
