You will connect with borrowers, review credit and financials, and walk them through each step of the loan process while collaborating with teammates to deliver a smooth borrower experience.

Qualifications

• Must be NMLS licensed (the company can help you obtain the license).
• Exceptional communication skills and a passion for helping people understand the loan process.
• Integrity and a strong sense of detail and dependability.
• Calm, helpful problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Motivated, accountable, and a team player who supports coworkers and strengthens the culture.
• Adaptable with a positive outlook, comfortable with change and a fast pace.
• Mortgage experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with borrowers, learn about their goals, and guide conversations that help them confidently move forward with the right VA loan option.
• Review credit and financial information to thoughtfully match borrowers with solutions that fit their needs.
• Walk borrowers through each step of the loan process—setting clear expectations, answering questions, and helping secure strong rates and terms.
• Manage and organize your pipeline so each borrower receives timely follow‑up and a smooth experience.
• Collaborate closely with teammates and cross‑functional partners to keep things moving and deliver a positive, seamless borrower experience.
