Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of demonstrated sales leadership experience in federal sales and account management.
• Consistent achievement of net-new software sales quotas over multiple years.
• Strong understanding of federal contracting and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an account plan aligned with IPSC VA Account goals.
• Identify and pursue net-new business opportunities.
• Engage with VA stakeholders to influence requirements.
• Build relationships with Systems Integrators.
• Create compelling business proposals with team collaboration.
