Job summary

InterSystems Corporation is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Advisor for the VA to act as a trusted technical advisor and strategic partner. The role blends application development, deployment, and project management with a focus on successful adoption of InterSystems technologies across the VA ecosystem.

The candidate will coordinate with VA stakeholders, guide architectural decisions, and work with system integrators to ensure successful implementations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software engineering with 5+ years as TAM or Solution Consultant, preferably in government.
• Experience with government security standards (FedRAMP, FISMA) preferred.
• Security, privacy, and compliance knowledge in healthcare/public sector.
• Ability to architect solutions and produce technical documentation.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools and evaluating AI-generated outputs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with VA account team and InterSystems departments for a long-term VA relationship.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor to VA stakeholders across the account.
• Drive technical adoption and expansion within VA programs.
• Guide architectural decisions and migration strategies for VA deployments.
• Partner with SI and project managers to ensure successful implementations.
