Job summary

Loyal Source seeks an Examiner Physician Assistant to support Veterans pursuing VA disability claims. You will review medical histories, perform focused medical evaluations, and provide objective opinions on the impact of service-related conditions. You will document findings in VA‑compliant reports and coordinate with QA to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid and unrestricted PA license in the U.S.
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Minimum 1 year of PA experience
• BLS certification current
• Preferred: disability evaluations and/or veteran experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct Medical Disability Examinations: focused evaluations of Veterans and review medical histories.
• Provide Objective Medical Opinions: evidence‑based assessments on disabilities and daily functioning.
• Document Findings Accurately: VA‑compliant reports in our case management system.
• Ensure Quality and Compliance: align with VA standards and training requirements.
• Manage Time and Scheduling: submit availability and ensure timely exam completion.
• Maintain Confidentiality: uphold HIPAA and privacy regulations.
