Job summary

Loyal Source is seeking an Examiner Physician Assistant to support Veterans pursuing VA disability claims. You will review records, perform focused medical evaluations, and provide objective opinions to aid benefits determinations. You will document results in VA-compliant reports with accuracy and confidentiality.

Base salary plus monthly incentive totals $152,110–$182,110 annually. No prescribing or treatment planning duties. Travel up to 10% to support other clinics and events.

Qualifications

• Valid and unrestricted Physician Assistant license in the U.S.
• 1 year minimum experience as a Physician Assistant
• BLS certification current and maintained
• Preferred: medical disability evaluations and/or Veterans experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct Medical Disability Examinations: Review medical histories, perform focused exams, assess service-related conditions.
• Provide objective medical opinions to support VA benefits determinations.
• Document findings in VA-compliant reports using the company system.
• Ensure quality and compliance with VA standards and training requirements.
• Manage availability and scheduling to ensure timely exams.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and privacy rules.
