Qualifications

• 3+ years of IC test development or ATE applications engineering experience required.
• Hands-on experience with Advantest V93000 and SmarTest 7/8, developing test scripts.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex test issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre- and post-sales activities for V93000 systems.
• Develop, debug, and optimize test programs using SmarTest and C++/Java.
• Ensure full system functionality and seamless integration.
