Responsibilities include leading engagements, ensuring integration into customer environments, and delivering training and guidance on performance, test program development, and implementation strategies.

• Lead technical engagements across sales and support lifecycle, including requirements analysis and demonstrations.
• Ensure products meet customer specs and integrate into their test environments.
• Analyze customer requirements and provide guidance on performance, design optimization, and test program development.
• Design and validate test solutions aligned to customer business objectives.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver comprehensive customer solutions.
• Serve as liaison between customers and Advantest field and factory teams.
• Develop and manage project plans for complex engagements, tracking milestones.
• Deliver technical training and create training materials and documentation.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and share insights with global teams.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as trusted advisor in decision-making.
