Job summary

RTS is seeking an Uzbek Speaking Financial Account Representative to manage client accounts and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, handling customer collections, and performing risk assessments. A Bachelor’s degree in business or finance is preferred, along with strong communication skills in both Uzbek and English.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read and write in both Uzbek and English with a business vocabulary.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.

About The Role

RTS and Shamrock Trading Corporation are looking for an Uzbek Speaking Financial Account Representative. This role focuses on clients’ accounts receivable portfolios, including receiving and processing invoices and related documentation. The ideal candidate is a problem‑solver with a dynamic personality and high attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service for financial clients
• Update account information regularly to maintain accurate customer records
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
• Provide daily funding and handle collections for assigned customers
• Perform risk assessments and ensure procedures are in place and followed to minimize risk
• Manage product or service issues, including clarifying the issue, determining the cause, creating a solution, expediting the adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
• Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
• Answer product and service questions and suggest information about other products or services
• Other duties as assigned
