Qualifications
- Proven experience with Salesforce Lightning development and UI/UX best practices
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Communities (Experience Cloud)
- Comfortable building from existing prototypes (PDFs, Adobe XD) and creating new designs when needed
- Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding while staying collaborative
- Familiarity with CRM user experiences and how they impact productivity
- Basic QA/testing experience to catch and troubleshoot issues early
