Job summary

Tri-Com Consulting Group seeks an experienced Salesforce Lead to drive application development on the Salesforce platform, including architecture, design, coding, configuration, maintenance and installation.

You will work closely with business teams to map requirements to Salesforce functionality, develop medium to complex solutions, and create technical plans addressing agency-wide issues while improving processes. You will also conduct workshops and prepare documentation for testing teams.

Qualifications

• Strong Lightning web component development
• Rich front end UI/UX with HTML5/CSS
• Strong JavaScript/JQuery experience
• Apex and Visualforce development experience
• Experience in enterprise level applications and Agile development
• Exposure to ETL/integration tools and MuleSoft

Responsibilities

• Lead the application development in Salesforce platform including architecture, design, coding, configuration, maintenance and installation.
• Hands-on in producing tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables, status reports, project plans).
• Discuss trade-offs with business teams comparing .NET vs Salesforce functionality and mapping requirements to Salesforce features.
• Develop medium to complex Salesforce solutions following best practices and data models.
• Create technical plans and strategies with IT team members to address agency-wide issues and improve business processes.
• Conduct workshops/training for IT team to understand Salesforce solution, requirements and platform capabilities.
• Produce technical documentation and assist testing team.

• Willing to be hands-on in producing tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverable, status reports, project plans)
• Working closely with the business teams involving discussing trade-offs with other technology such as .NET versus the code in place, or mapping the functional requirements to Salesforce functionality
• Develop Medium to Complex SF solutions to ensure that best practices are followed and the best data solutions are provided.
• Create technical plans and strategies with other IT team members, developing solutions to address any agency-wide issues and making business processes more efficient.

• Strong Apex programming skills

• Experience working in Enterprise level applications
• Experience in Agile development methodology
• Preferred experience and knowledge in ETL/integration tools
• Experience in MuleSoft integration
• Experience with DB2, SQL Server
• Experience in Salesforce Community development
• Experience in constituent e-signing solutions is a plus
• Salesforce Certification a plus
