Job summary

Thunder, Inc. is seeking a UX/UI Specialist to serve as the technical design authority for a Salesforce-based contract project, guiding both functional logic for Communities and Ideas and the visual identity across Customer and Partner portals.

You will lead design across Salesforce and AWS, oversee accessibility testing, prototype complex data flows with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, and mentor teams on SLDS.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of UX/UI experience, focused on Salesforce.
• Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data 360, Marketing Cloud or Agentforce.
• Strategic thinker aligning design with business goals.
• Deep familiarity with accessibility standards and design systems.
• Proven leadership on large, complex projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Salesforce UX Designer certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Experience Design: lead the design and implementation of intuitive, accessible user experiences.
• Interface Architecture: oversee end-to-end UI design within Salesforce and AWS environments.
• Accessibility Leadership: drive accessibility testing and validation with stakeholders.
• Design Engineering: prototype and wireframe to visualize complex data flows across platforms.
• Mentorship: provide UX/UI guidance to development and consulting teams.
• Product Alignment: apply knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
