Job summary

Pekao CoNext is seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to join a project digitizing the bank’s processes and developing modern corporate client services. You will work with IT and business teams across Poland on impactful banking projects.

The role covers designing web and mobile interfaces, maintaining a Design System, conducting usability tests, and ensuring accessibility. Remote, international collaboration is expected under a B2B contract.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of UX/UI design experience.
• Experience designing web and mobile applications.
• Apply user-centered design principles in practice.
• Proficient with Figma.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Understand usability and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS.
• Collaborate effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

We work with experienced B2B contractors, offering them the opportunity to participate in large, long-term projects with a real impact on the development of banking in Poland. We are currently looking for a UX/UI Designer to join a project supporting the digitalization of the Bank's business processes and the development of modern corporate customer service systems.

• Preparing wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Developing and maintaining a Design System that ensures consistency across product solutions.

• You have experience designing digital applications, particularly web and mobile applications.

• You know usability and accessibility principles, including WCAG standards.
• You have a basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• You are creative, have an eye for aesthetics, and can present your ideas.
