UX GIRL, a boutique UX/UI design studio, is seeking a Mid Designer to join our team working on complex user interfaces from discovery to delivery. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and help shape product experiences for global clients, with emphasis on user-centric design and usability.

We value analytical thinkers who can work independently, communicate in English, and stay current with design tools and AI innovations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in UX and UI design.
• Fluency with current design apps (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
• Interaction design knowledge.
• Proven visual design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating user-centered UX methods and visual design.
• Basic HTML knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design complex user flows.
• Own parts of the design process from discovery to implementation.
• Iterate based on user feedback and AB testing results.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in UXand UI design
• Fluency in current design apps (Sketch, Figma or Adobe XD)

• Basic HTML knowledge

• Computer Science, Design or Psychology degree preferred
• 2 years of experience in UX and UI design
• Experience with designing fintech products
• Proven track record of designing complex systems
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and how front end development works
• Proven track record of conducted AB testing
