Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Design Manager with deep expertise in designing fintech, trading, and financial evaluation platforms. Your core responsibility will be to lead our user experience and user interface strategy, creating sophisticated, user-centric trading platforms that boost trader performance, simplify complex financial data, and ensure optimal usability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UX/UI design strategy for all MyFundedFutures platforms, emphasizing intuitive trading experiences, trader evaluation workflows, and fintech solutions.
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and market analysis specific to futures trading, proprietary trading, and fintech sectors.
• Design and oversee the implementation of high-quality, user-centric UI elements and interaction models tailored specifically to trader needs.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.
• Establish and maintain robust design systems, style guides, and user experience documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across platforms.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of UX/UI design experience focused explicitly on trading platforms, financial technology solutions, or related fintech products.
• Proven track record designing intuitive, high-performance interfaces for financial markets, trading evaluation systems, or proprietary trading platforms.
• Expertise in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent modern design and prototyping platforms.
• Demonstrable experience leading UX/UI teams and driving user-centric design strategy.
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant fintech, trading platform, or financial evaluation product designs.
• Exceptional understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and interface optimization for fintech users.
