About The Team

Our Financial Data Integrity Team ensures trust and accuracy in our financial ecosystem by designing, implementing, and managing the substantiation platform that safeguards data integrity across global systems, enabling compliance, informed decision-making, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-performance, scalable reconciliation systems processing billions of transactions daily.
• Make technical decisions balancing immediate business needs with long-term scalability and maintainability.
• Integrate our platform with financial systems, ERPs, and data warehouses.
• Develop core components of our substantiation platform with high-quality, efficient code.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering team members.
• Follow and improve best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, and Business Intelligence teams for complex business solutions.
• Work with Product Management to implement impactful features.
• Explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in data engineering.
• At least 4 years’ experience with Snowflake, SQL, or similar technologies.
• Experience in building consumer data lakes and analytics capabilities.
• Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, relational database design, and data retrieval at scale.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL, Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to integrate platforms with financial systems.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Agile and CI/CD practices.
