Role Overview

As a Sr. Paid Social Acquisition Specialist, you will be a senior-level expert driving full-funnel paid social media strategies to fuel our clients' growth. You'll execute and optimize campaigns across major social platforms, ensuring they meet and exceed performance targets while aligning with broader marketing initiatives. With your strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and results-driven approach, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate creative, retention, and conversion rate optimization efforts into cohesive campaigns.

This role offers a clear path to leadership – you'll work alongside our Paid Media Manager (PMM) to accomplish key business objectives and initiatives, positioning yourself for future growth into roles like Paid Media Manager. If you're a data-savvy, innovative marketer passionate about leveraging AI and rapid experimentation to scale DTC brands, this opportunity is your next big challenge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Social Campaign Execution & Optimization: Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms (e.g., Facebook/Instagram, TikTok) to drive customer acquisition and retention. Implement audience segmentation, targeting, messaging, and bidding strategies, continuously A/B testing creatives and audience approaches to maximize engagement and conversions. Ensure all campaigns align with client goals and WKND's performance benchmarks for measurable outcomes.
  • Full-Funnel Strategy & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align paid social initiatives with broader direct-to-consumer growth strategies, ensuring a cohesive full-funnel approach from prospecting to retention. Work closely with creative, email/SMS, conversion rate optimization, SEO, and content teams to integrate campaign efforts and share insights. Ensure consistent messaging and leverage cross-channel learnings to improve marketing efficiency and customer lifetime value.
  • Data Analysis & KPI Management: Leverage advanced analytics platforms and AI-driven tools to monitor campaign performance and inform optimizations. Track and analyze key metrics – including return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), marketing efficiency ratio (MER), click-through rate (CTR), average order value (AOV), and CAC-to-LTV ratio – adjusting budgets and strategy to exceed targets. Use data-driven insights to make timely optimizations that improve ROI and scale results.
  • Insightful Reporting & Presentations: Compile and present detailed performance reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Create visually compelling presentations for internal teams and clients, highlighting campaign results, trends, and strategic recommendations. Communicate the story behind the numbers, enabling informed decision-making and demonstrating the value of our paid social efforts.
  • Client Communication Support: Support the Paid Media Manager in delivering top-notch client service through effective communication. Participate in occasional client calls or meetings to provide updates, explain campaign performance, and answer questions with professionalism and clarity. Help maintain transparent, trusting relationships by ensuring clients understand campaign progress and value.
  • Strategic Initiative Execution: Partner with the PMM to execute key business initiatives and special projects in paid media. Translate high-level objectives into actionable campaign plans and take ownership of their successful implementation. Proactively contribute ideas and optimizations that drive business goals, demonstrating leadership potential and a commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Technical Skills: Highly knowledgeable in bidding and targeting automation tools; proficient in Google Analytics and other ad management/testing platforms .
  • Soft Skills: Excellent project management and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to structure complex, multi-stakeholder projects effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills for both client-facing and internal collaboration .
