Job summary

You will own the design process from concept to execution, collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing to deliver usable, aesthetically compelling experiences while maintaining brand integrity.

You will guide a design team, develop scalable design systems, facilitate research, and partner with executives to align UX strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years relevant design experience in cross-channel UX/UI.
• Strong portfolio across digital platforms.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Experience managing external agencies preferred.
• Automotive finance familiarity preferred.
