Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a User Researcher, UX Designer or similar.
• 3+ years of experience with on-site/field research.
• 2+ years of experience conducting foundational, strategic research.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end research activities for high quality customer experiences.
• Work closely with design and product teams to understand research goals.
• Analyze and report research findings to internal partners.
