Job summary

Denken Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced UX Researcher focused on Internal Tools and AI to guide design, product, and engineering teams in developing tools for our internal workforce.

You will build personas for internal user groups, ideate unified solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to address meaningful problems, not just symptoms. Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in related field.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience working with enterprise or internal users.
• Experience working with technical users and products.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional kickoff meetings to align on root problems.
• Choose research methods to address primary and secondary needs (diary studies, observations, interviews).
• Conduct research to identify unmet needs and guide tool development and organizational changes.
• Deliver insights with narrative framing to guide decisions and roadmap.
• Present findings and recommendations to improve user experiences and advocate for users.
• Manage expectations of diverse stakeholders with a human-centered approach.
