Cadmus is seeking a UX Researcher to join one of our federal programs. You will conduct research, work with cross-functional teams, and perform usability studies across projects to reveal user needs and improve product experience.

The role involves synthesizing insights, presenting findings, and collaborating with design, engineering, and product teams to drive user-centered decisions. Eligible US work status is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of professional UX research experience.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define problems with cross-functional teams and drive user-centered decisions.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, market research, and competitive analyses.
• Plan and conduct usability studies across federal and commercial projects.
• Create research artifacts like personas and journey maps to inform direction.
• Document research activities and synthesize insights for stakeholders.
