Job summary

URBN is seeking a UX Researcher to collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to improve our consumer websites, apps, and internal tools. You will own research studies end-to-end, from framing questions to presenting findings, across qualitative and quantitative methods.

You will design studies, communicate insights, and advocate for rigorous research practices while working with cross-functional teams to inform product decisions at URBN.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in user research.
• Foundational understanding of web and mobile technologies.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple ongoing projects.
• Ability to analyze data and present evidence-based narratives to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute qualitative and quantitative research to improve digital product experiences.
• Own projects end-to-end from research questions to presenting results.
• Design studies and present findings to stakeholders to drive decisions.
• Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, and business partners.
• Maintain rigorous research standards and communicate actionable insights.
• Use AI tools to increase efficiency while preserving critical judgment.
