URBN is seeking a UX Researcher to partner with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Business Stakeholders. You will lead qualitative and quantitative research to improve digital product experiences across consumer sites, apps, and internal tools.

You will own projects from questions through presentation of findings, emphasizing rigorous research and clear storytelling. Ideal candidates bring a minimum of two years in user research, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of user research experience.
• Foundational understanding of web and mobile tech.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and present evidence-based narratives.
• Strong stakeholder communication and articulation.

Responsabilités

• Manage research studies end-to-end for major methodologies.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
• Choose appropriate research methods for questions.
• Write a project plan and track dependencies.
• Communicate plans and progress to stakeholders throughout studies.
• Design and execute usability tests, surveys, card sorts, and more across web, mobile, and cross-channel experiences.
• Translate data into actionable business insights and narratives.
• Present findings to stakeholders and write concise summaries.
• Collaborate with data teams to align testing strategies.
