Carrier is seeking a Digital Product Design Researcher to turn real‑world, regulated environments into intuitive product experiences. You will study temperature‑sensitive supply chains, observe user behavior, and translate insights into flows, wireframes, and prototypes that improve customer outcomes.
Collaborating with stakeholders and designers, you will map research into actionable design directions, contribute to Carrier Digital’s ongoing design research craft, and help shape product
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in design or HCI is required.
- 5+ years creating digital products across web and mobile with cross‑functional teams.
Responsabilités
- Plan and lead qualitative and quantitative research in operational environments.
- Clarify ambiguous problems by understanding business dynamics.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for product decisions.
- Communicate research findings clearly to internal teams and partners.
- Design user-centered components aligned with design systems and accessibility.
