Job summary

Sunny Health AI is seeking a UX Researcher to uncover deep user insights and ensure our healthcare products are clear, respectful, and trustworthy. You will build and run research programs that balance user needs with privacy, security, and regulation realities.

You'll partner with product and design to shape roadmaps, define research practices for healthcare, and communicate insights to technical and executive stakeholders. On-site collaboration with product and engineering teams is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of UX research experience in a product development environment.
• Strong command of research methods and their appropriate application.
• Experience collaborating with designers, PMs, and engineers.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
