Responsibilities

• You\'ll play a crucial role in shaping user experiences by conducting impactful research, aligning with product objectives, and collaborating with designers, PMs, and engineers.
• Help us support nursing health professionals by providing research insights about how they stay up to date with medical knowledge.
• Your expertise will bridge user needs with design solutions, fostering a user-centered culture within our dynamic teams.
• Collaborate with your squad to explore problems from multiple perspectives.
• Align research solutions with product strategy.
• Identify exploratory research opportunities with product leadership.
• Using research, determine what ideas best meet user and business needs.
• Apply appropriate research methods to achieve goals.

Skills Required

• Develop an evidence-based research strategy in partnership with cross-functional teams.
