Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support usability research projects across all stages of the life cycle.
• Format study scripts and protocols per research best practices.
• Compile data, conduct sessions, take notes, and analyze findings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives and recruitment methods.
• Maintain team resources, templates, and shared drives.
• Develop guidance to improve departmental efficiencies and AI in workflows.
• Coordinate participant incentives and process university payments.
• Serve as project administrator, updating stakeholders on progress.
