ServiceNow is seeking a UX Research Intern for a 12-week summer program. You will represent customer needs, plan and analyze research initiatives, and communicate findings to the core team. You will work with Sr.

UX staff to influence product strategy and roadmaps, and help with usability testing and AI-assisted research workflows. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Master’s in HCI or related fields, graduating May 2028 or later, and can work full-time during the internship.

Formación

• Experience leveraging or analyzing AI in workflows and problem-solving.
• Portfolio of work required at time of interview.
• Must be able to work full time for 12-weeks during the summer.
• Experience developing insightful questions for end-users of enterprise software.
• General knowledge of UI design, usability evaluation, task analysis, and experimental design.
• Experience in online surveys and qualitative research.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a customer-facing role for the ServiceNow brand.
• Experience using AI in coursework or work, including AI-powered tools or workflow automation.

Responsabilidades

• Represent customer and end-user needs via research methods from discovery through design validation.
• Participate in planning, facilitation, analysis, and reporting on research initiatives.
• Communicate findings through personas, journeys, and task analyses to core teams.
• Collaborate with Sr UX staff to influence product strategy and roadmaps with validated findings.
• Support validation through iterative usability testing.
• Use AI-assisted workflows to speed up planning, transcript analysis, and synthesis.
