Job summary

Roku is seeking a UX Product Designer to join the Partner Tools team, supporting enterprise experiences for internal and external partners to efficiently complete tasks and achieve business goals. You will design intuitive, user-centered solutions for internal tools that streamline partner workflows and self-service content management.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define journeys, own designs end-to-end, and present design rationale.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in UX or product design
Experience designing for enterprise tools or B2B platforms
Portfolio showcasing user-centered design with measurable outcomes

Responsibilities

Design innovative, intuitive solutions for new features across enterprise tools
Gather requirements and create user-centered experience flows
Partner with product managers and stakeholders to identify problems and user outcomes
Collaborate with engineering teams throughout the lifecycle
Use journeys and research insights to guide design approaches
Own designs end-to-end and communicate rationale to colleagues
Present design work to UX leadership and executives
Advocate for the user by applying research findings and usability best practices
