Job summary

BRMi is seeking a User Experience Designer to modernize internal tools used by Member Service Representatives, partnering with UX, Product Management, and Engineering to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions.

Responsibilities include translating legacy workflows into streamlined interfaces, creating high-fidelity designs ready for handoff, and ensuring accessibility and enterprise standards. 5+ years of experience and a strong design system background are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX/UI design or product design experience.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end UX design for complex/enterprise apps.
• Experience contributing to design systems (Figma preferred).
• Proven ability to deliver development-ready designs with clear specifications.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Design modern, intuitive UX for internal tools used by Member Service Representatives.
• Translate legacy functionality into streamlined, user-centered workflows and interfaces.
• Create high-fidelity UX/UI designs ready for development handoff.
• Apply and contribute to the enterprise design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams (including Dynamics developers) to define and refine requirements.
• Participate in intake, refinement, and planning to ensure designs are complete and ready for development.
• Identify gaps in legacy workflows and propose improved design solutions.
• Support usability validation and iterate based on user and stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure alignment with compliance, accessibility (WCAG), and enterprise design standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
