Job summary

Roku seeks a UX Product Designer to join the Partner Tools team, crafting enterprise experiences that enable internal and external partners to complete critical tasks efficiently. You will design intuitive, user-centered solutions for internal tools that streamline partner workflows and content management.

The role requires 3+ years in UX/product design, experience with enterprise tools, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Figma.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in UX or product design.
Demonstrated experience designing for enterprise tools or B2B platforms.
Portfolio showcasing user-centered design with measurable outcomes (include online portfolio link).
Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma or similar platforms.
Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
Advanced skills with generative AI tools or workflows applied to UX.

Responsibilities

Design innovative, intuitive solutions for features across Roku's enterprise tools.
Gather requirements and create user-centered experience flows with cross-functional input.
Partner with product managers and stakeholders to identify problems and outcomes.
Collaborate with engineering throughout the full product lifecycle.
Use user journeys and research to guide design approaches.
