Job summary

The Walt Disney Studios is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the next generation of internal tools powering filmmaking. You’ll lead projects from discovery through delivery, contribute to design systems, and collaborate with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to create scalable, human-centered experiences.

You will design desktop-first applications for enterprise workflows, conduct user research, and apply systems thinking and storytelling to elevate product quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design for complex software.
• Experience designing enterprise or B2B software applications.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify complex workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design across multiple enterprise applications from discovery through implementation.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define strategy and deliver user-centered solutions.
• Design desktop-first experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Plan and conduct user research, interviews, workflow analysis, and usability testing.
