We\'re the Ads Privacy & Safety (APaS) UX team, part of the company-wide priority to improve user trust. We protect billions of users from being exposed to inappropriate ads and help enforce policies for content related to some of the most pressing issues of our time, like misinformation, hate speech, and election ads. We increase user trust by finding user-friendly solutions to today\'s regulatory environment and giving users agency over the ads they see.
The Privacy & Regs UX team within Ads Privacy and Safety UX is a group of passionate strategists, designers, researchers, and program managers. We advocate for our users (consumers, advertisers, and publishers) and make sure they are accounted for in company\'s approach to the shifting regulatory and policy landscape.
To do that, we proactively assess and demonstrate the impact of proposed and incoming requirements on our users. And we develop solutions to address that impact, resulting in optimal business, societal, and user experience outcomes.
We work horizontally, collaborating with cross-functional teams across the Ads product areas and GAPP (Government Affairs Public Policy) so they can confidently and effectively advocate and solve for users.
We\'re looking for a mid-level UX Program Manager with launch experience to directly plan, manage, and drive the delivery of a new web portal. You will enable us to operate with clarity, focus, and efficiency. You will help elevate the user experience by enabling teams to understand requirements, identify risks, and set priorities. You are a master planner, skilled communicator, and a flexible dot connector who enjoys balancing a portfolio of projects, seeing the big picture, and creating order out of chaos.
